More often than I care to admit I'll see an auction or see an ad for a gun and I think to myself how cool that gun is and start thinking I want it.

Then I realize I already have one.

It's a sickness.

    Value intrinsic value Doc.

    I can't eat Gold or Silver so IF we had some kind of total economic collapse all the money in Stocks, Money market, savings, FDIC insured or not, Etc. even cash becomes worthless. Precious metals may have some kind of barter value but.....

    What has REAL value to me then?

    1.) Clean drinking water
    2.) Food/seeds
    3.) Firearms and ammunition.
    4.) Fuel sources
    5.) Like minded people to help you

    You can't go wrong with money tied up in Firearms and ammunition.
    Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

    I buy crap I already have and get caught up in the moment. At one point I had six motorcycles, just to have them. Now down to just my Wing.[:)]
