What is good friday ,and what religion is it from , and what does it have to do with Easter?

    Good Friday was the day Christ was crucified, 3 days later he rose, that is easter Sunday. It is a Christian belief observed in all denominations of Christian belief.

    I have no idea how anyone could ever manage to get past the age of 5 not knowing this. Even if you are raised in a cult, or a liberal family, or your related to a politician, I am surprised to find someone who had to ask.

    No insults meant to you. Just saying, this post surprised me.
