The death penalty would be an excellent deterent if he was executed within 12 months of conviction.

When will the white folks commence to rioting and 'undocumented shopping'? [:o)]

    A death penalty well-deserved.
If they would pay me my fee of $10,000, I would be glad to travel to Charleston and execute this POS. Two shots in the chest at 20 feet with my Swedish Mauser would do the job.

Plus I need $2 grand for travel expenses. I'd be glad to do it.

Here is a money saving idea for the government but naturally all the lawyers involve won't like it: Just put him in with the prison's general population. The over/under should be about 14 days. I'll take the under.
It's too late for me, save yourself.

Fourteen days? More like fourteen minutes.

I like your suggestion I hope they do it.
But they won't he will be in solitary, they wouldn't even let a black cook serve this guy food.

Death row will save his life for many years, protective custody. A life sentence would have been better. A life of living hell forcing him to take his own life would be a much better end.

really?....would any of you take Roofs life?...[?]...if I had been in that church, I would have defended the victims with my own...would not execute as of now...

Yes, if I had been walking past the church I would have gladly stepped inside and shot it out with the little punk.
He obviously does not have a strong warrior spirit so I think I would have prevailed, but who knows the kid may have made a lucky shot.

But today he has received a richly deserved death sentence and I would, if they paid me my fee, be glad to go to Charleston and execute him.
He is strapped to the chair, no blindfold, and while holding my Mauser I walk right up to him and tell him what a pitiful little coward weasel he is, and explain to him that is why he is about to die.
Then I would shoot him right in the chest.

I think they should have gave the families of the victims a choice. Death Sentence or do you want to give up the millions of dollars that we already given you.

What payoff off are you talking about? Did they 9/11 gift them too?
    What's next?

Organ donor is a good idea, jail him and they will extract justice their own way.

He was a good boy, just going to Church everyday and attending college. Why did those people have to provoke him Sound like reverse psychology, that some people portray, when their Didntdonuttin son, goes on a killing spree????? This POS needs to be spared, as to suffer for the rest of his life in GENERAL population. Either that, or execute him next week. Have all the appeals done this week and his * on the gurney next week. Save us a lot of time and money. May he rot in hell.
