Remington does it again

I bought a used remington 700 bdl and it came withoout iron sights. I called remington and spoke to a real nice guy there and he is sending me a set for free.This is why I continue to buy Remington firearms. Their service is unbeatable.[;)] Plus they make some really nice rifles.[:D]I now own 11 remington 700 Bdl's and Cdl's.I know the quiality of the marlins have gone down since they bought them out but their own rifles are very nice looking with good wood to metal finishes.You just cant beat the look of a nice BDL JMHO, Oakie

    Shoulda said something earlier. I would've sent you a set of sights. M700, Nylon 66, you name it.[:)]

    I've never had occasion to contact Remington customer service about my 1962 Model 700, which I would say is better than having a product that needs a customer service department to correct things.
