Absolutely "in-freekin-credable" kimi...I ate all four corners in 30 min. I'm STUFFED like a Christmas goose...
I also have 4 more crust pieces and the most sought after CENTER SLICE!!!
Mozzerella De Buffala and home made Italian hot sausage with toasted caraway seed and crushed red pepper flake.
I also added,as I turned it half way thru cooking,FRESH MINCED GARLIC,sea salt and fresh ground black pepper...
I wish I could teleport U a hot slice...I truly would!![:p]
Added:: Next time just spread a lot of cloves here and there on the pizza...don't bother with mincing it! Mmmmm good! Add some anchovies too!!
Man that sounds great! Just give me a big slice of the fresh mozarella sprinkled with salt and pepper on some bread and I'm good to go!! Enjoy the next meal too!!!!

While i do like the FURRY FISH cooked on my pie,I always seem to push the meat off and enjoy the oils and flavors that baked out onto and into the pie...[:I] FABULOSO!!

If you know the person making the sausage, ask them to use fennel seeds instead of caraway seeds. [:p][:p][:p][:p]
And the next batch mix in small chunks of Romero cheese and flat leaf
parsley {Italian parsley} into the grinded pork.

Sorry sir,the real Italian links I used were fennel. I AM truly 50% Italiano,on my Pops side.from the Amelia Romania part of Italy.
NO ONE on my Pops side ever fought for the Nazis either.The ones that lived there were part of the resistance movement and sabotaged all they could of Nazi supply trains.
I Will get my web cam hooked up and start taking pix of these dishes I make..

Use 8 to 10 whole CLOVES of GARLIC, add in some black olives and don't forget the onion!!!!!!
