Does anybody know if Navy Corpsman assigned to the Marines are still allowed the option of wearing Marine Greens with the Naval rating?

I just answered my own question...

Yes, that's the FMF (Fleet Marine Force) insignia he's wearing.

The bravest Marines I ever met weren't Marines- they were corpsmen.

That must be something relatively new.

    Yep.

Corpsmen, Medical Officers, Chaplains, and RPs assigned to Marines can go "Marine Regs": haircut, physical training standards, and uniform standards, except for the dress uniform.

According to Wikipedia, the FMF pin was adopted in 2001.

According to the muslime-in-chief that is a "corpse-man". He must have learned that at harvard.

Not just Corpsmen, but all Naval personnel attached to Marine fleet units are eligible to wear MARPATs (Marine Pattern Camouflage) uniforms.

When I was teaching at the Marine Corps War College, I wore MARPATs, with "U.S. Navy" on the front, opposite my name tape, and a Navy Officer Crest on the cover (hat). But cce1302 is right, not the dress uniforms, or anything other than camouflage.
