I figured you went for about 170[:D]
Until I turned 40 that is what about what I did weigh. Then it was about 10 pounds every year after
I know it isn't easy. I lost 55 pounds a while back. I did it without a goal or plan which is opposed to almost everything I do and I didn't give myself a time limit. On special occasions like visiting your mother, eat everything she puts in front of you and enjoy your visit. You have the rest of your life to take it back off. Then when you get home it's back to the old slow and steady. You can eat what you want from time to time, you just can't do it all the time. [:D]
Again, congratulations on meeting your goal.
You only get one body....don't abuse it too much!
its a tuff thing to do but your body will respond to it your knees, back, heart, to name a few will be a lot better for your efforts
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Congrads to you, I went from 270 to 222 recently.
Congratulations I know how rough it can be
congrats on the mile stone

I keep myself at 185 which is less than I weighed my senior year of high school when I was playing football. With the family lines of heart disease, and my terrible back, and now hips/knees starting to go, I figured it was the only choice I have.
The most I ever weighed was 215, but that 30 pounds makes a noticeable difference, and it's easy for me to do.
BTW,....congrats Gary![:)]
O K no more kidding, I appreciate your participation here.[:)]
I have got to lose some too
I got The Talk from my doctor in February, and have been working to modify my eating habits. I just marked off another pound lost yesterday, and that makes 32 so far. I got a bunch more to go.
Keep it up.
Good For You!
Thanks for setting the example!
