Training the wife

As I was leaving the house, she gave me a classic white power hand signal as I looked back to the front door at her smiling face! She said she was a Yankee and that she was married to a proud, white deplorable Southern Boy! Yep! She's a keeper alright!
What's next?

If someone makes that hand signal while inserting the index finger of the other hand, it takes on a whole ?nuther meaning.

Is this the classic sign? Changes in meaning seems to be happening faster these days.

BTW: If the point is to "demonize" the sign, it's not working with me.

Does it matter if it's right or left hand?

I've "trained" all sorts of people and critters but the two things I've never managed to actually teach anything were cats and spouse. Maybe it's my training style but after only a couple of training sessions, the "trainee" simply ignores me or runs away to hide.

I once trained a cat to shake hands, never did get the wife to be that nice....

[:D] Great question! I've been tying it with both hands! Even at the same time, as if I was a signalman on a carrier waving to fighter pilots! Funny stuff, man! [:D]

Maybe I could stand in for the hearing impaired at Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing! [8)][:D][:D]

kimi's post about signal man made me wonder if any one's working on foam Okay Hand? What did Kendal (I can't remember if they were tires or some other automotive bits) used "V" or "Okay" for their ad?

Either case sporting foam finger makers needs to get on the Okay hand while this is making news.

Kimi, far be it for me to say how to handle your husband/wife relationship but the "Training the wife" may get you in serious trouble. [:D]
It's too late for me, save yourself.
