    The case is important because "it provides an opportunity for the justices to clarify legal doctrines that continue to confuse the courts, officials and citizens".

    But of course, no such clarity will be brought forth. The SC is corrupt and currently exists to confuse, cloud and twist.[xx(][xx(]

    Plus that in order for the states to continue their racist ways to further their anti-Traditional American agendas.
