    It's the model that I will probably have installed in a week or so. There's not a lot of information that I could find online about it including price. How do you like your 19?

    I don't even see a 19 listed on the Trane site. Is it a new model?

    It was installed in I believe '11 and we bought the house in '12.
    Runs the 2.5ton most of the time and kicks in the 5.0ton seldom.

    We have the variable speed furnace and the "Clean Effects" electric filter....seems ok. I would not spend the $ for the filter if it wasn't here already.

    Thanks for the info! I'm probably going to get this unit. It's a 3 ton, and the hottest I've experienced in this area was 98, and yesterday was 94.

    We just purchased a new (complete system) Trane XL16i about a month ago. Very pleased for far. The only thing was the price; but, it is a Trane and it included the entire HVAC system (inside and out). Replaced a 18yo system.
