What would a loss to Baylor do to Herrell and Crabtree on the Heisman hunt?Last I looked it was 19-14 Baylor

    Harrell is, IMO, just about out of the hunt for the Heisman since his team was demolished by the Sooners.

    McCoy put up numbers, percentage wise with his pass completions, that no QB has ever come close to reaching; to my knowledge, like 79 to 80+ percent for several weeks running. These are the kind of numbers that people are not likely to see again in their lifetimes. In this respect, he has been where no QB has ever gone before, or likely ever to reach, except in their dreams. This, in and of itself, is not only highly noteworthy, but puts him on a page where he has absolutely no peers. Additionally, he has his team at the top of the BCS ranking, and very near the top in the other polls, even after a loss to Texas Tech. Seeing as how the Heisman is picked before the bowl games, I'd say McCoy will be a serious contender for the Heisman, especially if Tebow has a tough time with Bama.

    The best QB/team leader is not always the one that wins the Heisman, as I am sure you'll remember when Texas' Vince Young beat SC and their two Heisman winners in the Rose Bowl a few years back after he placed second to their QB in the Heisman run.
