I was working on the 72 hour task force for Bush Cheney, and Tom Ridge is from my hometown, and we pulled in his neighborhood, and saw a cadillac in his driveway, and an expedition with gov. plates. So were all thinking, hey Tom Ridge is here.. so we drive by.. drive around in the culdesac, and i get out of the van.. this dude jumps out of the expedition, puts his hand on his holster, this lady starts walking towards me, and this huge guy jumps out of the caddy... this guy is massive, like a bouncer from hell..

so im like "ughh.. is Ridge home?"

shes like "yeah, hes kinda tied up right now"

"were from the Bush campaign, just making sure he's voting for Bush.."

"Oh of course, you can definitely rely on Tom to vote for Bush, he has my vote too.. ill tell him you stopped by"

so then we were leaving and the secret service dude next to the expedition is still standing there, so i slide open the van door, and yell "hey you voting for bush?"

"absolutely" .. with a thumbs up

Of the several federal agents you encountered today, I can't help but wonder how they and Tom Ridge would feel about taking my guns away while keeping theirs?

Tommy is a gun grabber. He voted for the AWB when he was in the house, and lets not forget about his opposition to arming pilots.

salzo--It's interesting that you mentioned that. I somehow ended up (inadvertantly) on the "buddy list" of some commercial pilot coalition/grassroots organization. They were emailing me all kinds of stuff that I thought was "insider" knowledge/info. Ever read someone else's email? That's what it felt like. Pretty cool until I asked them to take me off their list. All I got was a big "OOPS!" and then all of the email stopped.
