I figured this was a joke, but I had to take a look anyway.Have any of you seen a (clothed) picture of Christina Applegate lately? Fading fast.Then there was a picture of Demi Moore nearly naked on the cover of Vanity Fair when she was 8 months pregnant several years ago. I suppose the idea was to show that the pregnant female body is beautiful. Yikes! Folks, if Demi can't pull that off, nobody can.Since I'm sure the ladies didn't check out this topic and it's just us talkin' around the campfire, let me inject a little touch of sexism: I feel sorry for the other half because they have such a short time to be interesting to us males. Before 25 they have next to nothing between the ears, after 35 they go rapidly downhill on the physical side. [Body armor deployed.]

GordianWhile you are right about Demi, I'll have to disagree with you about the older ones ( 35 +) being less desirable physically. Most older women have a certain kind of mystery to them. When I was younger, more often than not, I would look at an older woman first before a younger one. Had a couple teachers in school that I wouldn't have minded keeping after hours for a little extra credit work. Now, I'm not saying this in defense of all older women, 'cause there are some I wouldn't touch with someone elses' totem pole. For me I guess I've always had an appreciation for a more mature woman. Maybe it's because most are beyond playing the teenie-bopper games. Maybe it was the fact that the younger ones I did go out with didn't have a clue. And, as for the older one I'm married to now (she'd kill me if she saw this-38 and holding) she looks every bit as good in a two piece as any 19 year old.

I figured if you had the "goods" the nude pictures would just be look-alikes anyway. That seems to be the rage on the 'net right now. Christina Applegate once said in an interview that she was self-conscious about the little bags under her eyes. I think she finally got some "work done" and last I saw her she looks great. Demi has moved out of California -- had too many boxoffice flops in a row. She'll probably be back in a good role one day, but she's not easy to cast, and she has been miscast once in a while. As for women in general, as I get older I'm finally realizing there are some women old enough to date who are too young to date me. I'm only half kidding. I guess Hugh Hefner did a good job on me in my youth. ;*)I'm a single guy, and as long as I stay in shape I do okay. Age of a woman is not so much a factor with me as looks AND mind. A lot of older women cut off their hair and redefine themselves as less sexual beings. No matter how old I get, I just can't date a lady who looks like my mom. I've dated women who were extremely attractive in their later 40s. I mean pretty face and curvy in the right places, suitable for magazine covers. I've also dated some very young ones but the comment about the maturity of the minds is sadly true. Watch Steve Martin's "L.A. Story" for a hilarious look at this scenario. My only problem right now is that I don't feel attractive, having not been to the gym for a while and having put on weight -- as my older, slower metabolism gets the better of me. Call me lazy, but I don't expect the ladies to like overweight any better than I do. So until I lose the pounds, who knows... She'll have to drop from the sky I guess.

When Mrs NJRETCOP read this post, she started to wave her cane in the air, screaming at the top of her lungs. Suddenly her artifical arm fell off from all the waving. As she bent down to retrieve it, her artifical hip gave out and she fell on the floor. This caused her wig to come off and she also broke her eyeglasses. We still can't find her teeth, but at least the heart attack made her calm down.Dam that woman is beautiful when she's mad!!-Charlie

njretcop--You certainly have more testicular fortitude than me. I've dated women from the youthful age of 19 to the more mature age of 30. Over the years I too have learned that maturity is everything. I would have married that 30-year-old but the rich 40-year-old guy got to her first. Maybe another will drop from the sky.
