Check out this new combat simulation called 'Ghost Recon'. It is the most realistic simulation I've ever played! Drool..."You hear the far-off crash of a rifle, your fate finally registering in your subconscious, too late-as the white hot bullet penetrates your skull. Another round slams into the chamber even as your lifeless body falls to the ground..."

Ghost Recon is, without a doubt, the best game I've ever played. I bought a nifty little headset with a boom mike so that I can use the 'puter while Baby ATF is sleeping. With the headset on while playing Ghost Recon, it makes me jump up an inch or so out of my chair everytime I get shot at. Pretty intense.

Speaking of which, I'm pretty peeved that they didn't have a better selection of weapons, like in Rogue Spear. You pretty much just get the M4 and M9, or the M16A2 if you're lucky. I know that the Specialists get better weapons, but I want to equip my people with M14's, DAMNIT!I hope they make a good update for it soon to address that problem.

I've been playing one called "Delta Force".It's got really great graphics, sound and a large variety of weapons to choose. Talk about getting hooked. I even let my dinner get cold last night trying to wipe out the enemy.Tideman

Hey Monkey, have you played that PS2 game "Grand Theft Auto" yet? I think it's version III, the latest one.I think it is a blast. While the theme is definitely NOT for children it is a lot of fun to play. You basically steal cars, trucks and semis and run from the cops and do jobs for the mob. And, you can pick up hookers and your car bounces up and down (and your money goes down)! But, not to worry, you can get out and chase the hooker down and steal your money back! I know it sounds really immature, but it is actually a lot of fun to play.G36

I thought I wanted to get into videogames when the Atari 5200 came out but never got much more sophisticated than the Countermeasure tank game. Since then, I've tried buying a game outfit and got so frustrated I took it back for a refund. I now have Tomb Raider on my computer and can't even get past the dogs on the first level. I'm not built to enjoy the repetition of starting over and starting over and starting over, I guess.

Have you ever played Delta Force: Land Warrior? I heard the first Delta Force left something to be desired but Land Warrior is a blast--especially when you play against others over the net.
