midway wants 10.72 shipping for a tube of blure wonder cleaner. Isn't that a bit high????

Stopped at Bass Pro to shop for powder. Just needed one pound of H335. They had some at $36. Wow. Seems really high. Or am I wrong? All the powder they has was between $34 and $38 for one pound. Last time I shopped (maybe a year ago) they got around $23 per pound for most powders. Gone up that much or are they jacked?
