    Its always a good idea to read the actual law but I do like that site, I haven't found anything wrong or misleading on it yet.

    Try the State Police website. They usually have info on stuff like that.

    East to get. Takes only around 35 dollars and are good for 5 years. Easily renewed. Only have to go through a background check thru the Sheriffs office. Don

    Yup... and have the Sheriff sign off on your paperwork... not much to it at all.

    As my original post was 4 years ago LOL I am in Hinesville at Ft Stewart but soon will be moving to Columbia SC, Army you see. Wish I had seen your question sooner.
