I really love Rugers , but I compared the Ruger lc9 to the already proven sr9c and there is not much difference in size . Yea you could probably put it in your pocket ( lc9 ) but I would rather have 17 rounds at my side, than 7 rounds in my pocket. I think I will be sticking with my sr9c. If I need something in the pocket I will carry my LCP

Picked one of these up a couple months ago. Concealability is outstanding for a 9mm and the accuracy shocked me. I figured if I could keep them all in a pie plate size group at 25 yds. it would be sufficient. To my suprise I was able to print 2 inch groups at that range. Has become my new favorite light clothing rig. Still use the Glock 36 for heavier clothing.

Morning,I bought an LC9 last week
with a laser. It's appears to be
a nice summer gun,but this laser
add on appears to be just another
marketing scheme. Do any of you folks
own one and do you feel the laser
will come in handy on such a small gun.
    Thanks-ron

    Wife bought one for carry.

She likes it, shoots well and is lightweight enough to carry all day.

Reliable so far after almost a year. Accurate at the range she practices at (5yds to 25yds) as she shoots like she thinks she will have to in town or at home

Had mine for about a year, 400+ rounds of various ammo through it with no problems of any sort. Per owners manual no +P+, by choice no +P. Carry it daily.

I have the LCP and LC9. Both have been 100% reliable, and very easy to carry in a Bianchi IWB holster even on hot summer days in shorts and T-shirt.

The DAO trigger pull on the LCP/LC9 is a bit long and takes some getting used to, especially if you're used to SA 1911's or even the shorter Glock/M&P type pulls.

I load the LCP with Winchester PDX .380's, and the LC9 with Federal 124 gr Hydra-shok non+p loads.

Have one and like it for what it is. Reliable and as accurate as the shooter. Wish it came without the politcal correct safety.

    I agree with Riomouse911 conclusions
I have both, never a problem with either one,
    plenty accurate for their type
I like Critical Duty ammo for carry,

After shooting my friends, I am buying one for my wife. Great gun at a great price. I love the load indicator too. Lets you know she is ready to rock and roll or when she is safe.

Oakie (just for fun and face value ) why would you shoot your friends as you stated ? I thought you were a nicer guy [}:)]

Yes I know the pistol but could not pass the chance, just trying to fit in [:)]

I have a LC9 with CT laser and a LCP with CT laser as well. Like them both. Bought the LCP for my wife but I carry it more than her as it is such a good pocket gun!
The trigger pulls are stout and long on both, but that is their design. That is the most common complaint I hear about them, the LCP more than the LC9.

Mine has been 100% reliable. Accuracy is great, trigger is much better than I expected.
