Horror story

Ive decided to share with yaall one of the many stories my first wife (Susan) told me about her childhood. Just because.

She was 9 years old living in military housing with her Father, Mother, older brother, and baby sister.
One day Her Father got out his 45 and lined the family up on the couch, and explained to them that he is going to kill them to relieve them of the hell he is putting them through.
Susan said "Daddy since your going to kill me, can I I go next door and say goodbye to my friend?" Her dad said "go ahead but hurry back." Susan went next door and called the MP's.
The MP's evaluated the situation and determined that it would be hard to rush him because the house was the type with the front and back doors in line and he was positioned to watch both doors. Also his being a former "Top Gun" Fighter Pilot he was very dangerous. So the MP's were discussing how to safely distract him so he could be rushed from behind when Susan suggested that she could go back in and get his attention wile they rush him from the back door. They didn't like it but it was the best Idea they had and Susan was obviously capable of pulling it off. The plan was implemented and worked, nobody got hurt, (physically)

Would this be considered combat experience for a 9 year old girl?
