The people in this town just aren't right in the head.
If I don't get back to Pennsylvannia soon I'll be crazy too.

JACKSONVILLE, FL (First Coast News) -- A 2-year-old Jacksonville girl left home alone for 19 days survived on dried pasta, ketchup and jelly.
According to Jacksonville police, Brianna Lee was found by her father, Ogden Lee, in the Arlington apartment where her mother Dakeysha Telita Lee lived. Ogden Lee had tried to reach his estranged wife for weeks. Sunday, he got word she was in jail.
When Ogden Lee arrived at the complex Monday afternoon he asked the manager to open the door. He found his little girl inside the apartment.
Lee tells First Coast News he is exhausted but very happy to have his daughter with him.
In a news conference this afternoon, Sheriff Rutherford said the toddler is quite the scrapper. "She was able to rip labels off corn cans trying to open them for food, Rutherford said." The child was found naked wrapped under a towel watching cartoons in her mother's room.
The story is prompting outrage and outreach from the community. First Coast News was at Wolfson Chidren's hospital today when a stranger dropped off toys to Brianna.
David Fallish told First Coast News that he was able to talk to Ogden Lee and see Brianna, who was sleeping and looked healthy.
Hospital spokesperson Cindy Hamilton says, "The child is in good condition."
The Department of Children & Families in Jacksonville said Tuesday, the DCF is reviewing the child's situation to determine where she should be placed. According to a statement released to First Coast News, "The child is safe in our care," "Our every effort is to ensure her safety and well being as we do with all the children in our care."
According to police, the little girl had been left alone since her mother was jailed Sept. 10 for aggravated assault and petty theft. The mother was charged Monday with child abuse because police say she didn't let anyone know the daughter was left alone in the apartment. Leaford James, 40, who lives across a breezeway from the Dakeysha Lee's third-floor apartment, told First Coast News on Tuesday that he heard a television playing from the apartment.
Lee made an appearance Tuesday on the new charges. She is being held on $150,000 bond, police said.
Dakeysha Lee is being represented by the Public Defender's Office on the original charges, and the new child abuse charge.
