Decided to take up golfing after a lonnnng absence. Brought my clubs in to a shop to get re-gripped. I can't believe how big woods have become. My clubs are 22 years old and they look like kids toys compared to the new stuff. Unlike firearms they don't hold their value. I paid almost $600.00 for them in 1987. Would have bought a lot of surplus 308 then !

    [:o)] Joe,
Todays clubs have to be bigger to carry the momentum of the swing of the modern girly men.
Most men today don't do too much physical work and need all the help they can get.
Men in the days when you bought your clubs and even generations before you were stronger and proved it. [:D][}:)]
