Does anyone here know what are the real rules regarding shipment of handguns when the issue is overnight vs parcel post or UPS 2-3 day delivery or USPS priority 2-3 day service ??
Over the last year some FFL's have told me its the law they have to ship via Overnight by any carrier, then some have said you didn't.
Whats the real rule on speed og pistol/revolver shipping
