LEO AR15 after 9/14/04

If the AWB goes away, in theory it should be legal for the average joe to own an AR15 stamped LEO, right? Wrong?

    This will be a fine point in the law. The LEO AR are Pre Ban configured rifles. They are also stamped for LEO only. I am sire you can have the ban lift and still have weapons that are for LEO only. My 2 cernts [8D]
