I own a number of Glocks,and was looking to purchase either The Walter P99 or the Springfield XD90 both in the 40 Cal.Does any one have any suggedtions.

Had both at the PD to T&E XD was flawless and no jams, 99 felt better in the hand. After the T&E session I picked up my Glock and sent the other 2 back SAME DAY AIR[^]

Might I, recommend the XD in 9mm over the 40s&w. If you buy the XD9 you can either buy hicaps from SA, Beretta 92fs mags with a hole drilled in the front of them, or make you own by buying XD40 mags and squeezing the feed lips. THe XD40 mags will hold 15 or 16rds of 9mm and still work in both guns.

As much as I hate SA guns I'm tempted by the XD9.
