If you mean Sellier & Bellot, I've used it and it's a good shooting ammo. Especially for the price.

I have had no problems with it. Been shooting it for a few years, off and on.

I've used about 140 rnds of .223 in one afternoon in a Bushmaster and not one problem. 100 rnds of .40 S&W in a CZ the same day, no prob.

I'm used some .357 Magnum, and it was HOT STUFF! I went "WHOA" after the first round. Great fun!

    Hey Mercury

I bet you went WHOA at every round!

The greenlandic hunters use Sellier&Bellot in all kinds of calibers.
They are in a variety of calibers here.

One guarantee is : if you have a missfire - you get a whole new pack if you comes back with the cartridge.
I haven't heard of that happening, eventhough it's been sold for the 3 years I've been here. And I know the shopkeepers in the 3 gunshops here. (I do a little repairs for them - as well as thread barrels for muzzlebreaks/silencers/flashhiders)

But eventhough I don't use it myself, I can only recommend it.
(I don't like the weird gunsmoke-scent the gasses gives off... they smell a little different than usual rounds.)
They are quite accurate and shoots consistently - for the prize.

I've seen seals and reindeer drop dead on the side at 225-250metres.
It could probably go further - again I haven't used it much myself.

    Well, that was my 5cents..

I love my silenced .22 Anshutz rifle =o) Now also my Steyr Scout in .308W. ;o_ (Got a Schmidt&Bender 1.5-6*42 on it..)

I,ve heared that the brass was not reloadable though.Something about the size of the primers?

Don't know about the primer size but the flashole is definatly smaller. I bent a couple decaping pins on my die before I realized what was happening.

Don't know about the reloading aspect, but I've shot it in .223, .45, 7.62x39, 7.62x54R, .308, 9mm, and 12 gauge without a hitch. Certainly good ammo for the price.

Thanks for all the help. How would it compare to PMC ammo. The
school quoted me a price on PMC.

I've reloaded and fired several hundred S&B 9mm casings without any problems. I haven't looked at the rifle primers yet, maybe this is where the primers are different.

As for S&B or PMC, I haven't had problems with either one. S&B seems to be a little more accurate, but that might just be my imagination. If you gave me my choice of the two at the same price, I'd walk away with the S&B.

In my opinion, it's better than PMC.

I read the primer pockets on some of the rifle ammo was not deep enough to seat new primers when reloading.Pockets need to be reamed deeper, but i don't remember how much.
