supposed to execute 8 found guilty of murders from 1988 to 1991....but i think a judge stopped that saying it would be cruel...well hows about NO justice for family and friends of the victims for around 27 years while these fine convicted citizens played jailhouse lawyer at their expense...fed up with these type of judges
