The wife and I ... and of course Thor were out driving around, decided to pull over and wet the line. Lo and behold, voil?! ... got ourselves some dinner. [}:)][^][^]

Please allow me to share with you all a flavorful yet economical platter I learned to prepare while in my days in the Navy.
It's what's for dinner tonight!

It's made from a base of beef stock and evaporated milk, thickened with roux and seasoned with parsley and pepper. Chipped beef is added near the end, and is finally served over white toast.
Yum Yum!

Box of Kraft Velveta/shells and 3 links of our meat depts sweet country sausage.
Bon Appetit
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
I may even fry an egg in the middle of the bread (what do they call that?). That's pretty good with two slices of fried balogna sandwiching the fried egg in the middle (my "Ghetto Big-Mac"[:D] or is it more like "Ghetto Egg McMuffin").
Black eyed peas
mac n cheese
white corn
turnip greens
