St. Paul, Minnesota-AP -- Take that, Osama bin Laden.Minnesota lawmakers will consider a measure putting bin Laden's image on a lottery ticket. The bill introduced in the Minnesota House yesterday notes that players would discover any winnings by scratching off "and thus obliterating" bin Laden's face.Sixty percent of the proceeds would help pay for anti-terrorism efforts. The bill's sponsor -- Representative Rich Stanek -- says he's getting lots of positive feedback on his idea. Stanek says guys sitting in the American Legion "might go out and buy 100 tickets."

It would be nice to have a Turner lottery but you couldn't get any state to do something like thatYou do have an alternative!Go down to your local coin shop and pick up a silver dollar. Next go to CNN and wait for Turner to come out. When he appears grab him by his hair[if any] and begin to scratch off his face with the coin. When the pain gets intolerable he should offer you a large sum of money to stop.[Beware of any offers that include his wife!]

That's good Alledan. If that * is so worried about the "hungry under priviledged" people of the world why doesn't he use some of his billions of dollars to feed them? He's a one world * who wants the un to form a world dictatorship.Excuse the language, Nunn, but in this case I deem it appropriate.

He didn't seem to mind stepping on the hungry on his climb to the top.
