Time for a State bidder block?

Anyone else having problems with guys from Ca, Ny , NJ & other states with prohibitions on guns & mags bidding on things they can't legally own there? It's starting to become a headache for me... a dozen or more every month. I think the Auction needs a way that sellers can block certain states (and non USA) from bidding when you post an auction. That would put a stop to it. Save lots of agravation for everyone.
