Just wanted to see if anybody else here is watching the Red Wings? Tonight is game 3 in a best of 7 series against the Colorado Avalanche (series tied 1-1). We hate them and they hate us. If Detroit wins we go to the Stanley Cup finals, again!!

    Elmos608 reply is SO TYPICAL of the fans of the Avs. Even moreso, bronco fans. Mostly because of them I despise virtually all colorado teams. While I realize this kind of fan is very much in the minority, they make up for it many times over by their display of limited mental powers and sheer volume.

    I'm a Redwings fan, although I really don't care much for hockey. Hope they run the rest of the games!!!

    Yeah, roysha, I hear that the AVS fans actually chant like tickle-me-Elmo is doing even when they're NOT playing the Wings!

    Boy, it must really be painful for them. They can't get the Detroit Red Wings out of their heads!! :)

    Hey, if we suck then the AVS do too. We beat you in game 1.

    I've always been a huge fan of Red Wings. Although, I'm kind of partial to Wolverines too. I've got an almost new pair I bought at a yard sale.

    Go Wings Go. Stevie Y will lead them to the cup. You've got to have heart and he has enough to carry the whole team. Anyway it would please me to see Roy cry and complain about how it was everyone else's fault the Avs lost. His days are numbered and a loss here might end a career. Go Wings Go.

    This is my favorite time of the year, Im from detroit and proud to say Ill be a WINGS fan to the day I die!!!! I will be glued to the TV drinking a molson. Coors sucks just like the avs .

    Sorry to say it will be awhile before our Blues pull it together as a playoff team. I do not like either team but think the Wings juggernaut will prevail. If it goes 7 games bet on Colorado, they just plain do whatever it takes to win those game 7's.

    Western conference is the powerhouse this time, Toronto or Carolina are going to have a tough time with either of these guys.

    All I can say is it was a great game. I don't think it could have been any closer. But hey the series in not over and don't underestimate the Av's.

    I had a great day yesterday. At lunch I picked up a new 300 ultra from my dealer, I stopped at the Dundee Cabelas after work just to take it all in, watched the Wings beat the Avs (I yelled so loud at the overtime goal that I woke up the wife and kids), and then I watched the Nuge take on Al Sharpton and Bill Mahr on Politically Incorrect. If it gets any better than this call me because I want to be there!!

    Red Wings are gross, I've earned mine , and can't say I enjoyed it much. I wouldn't advise anyone to do that.

    My nephew is an unreconstructed Colorado fan. He went into mourning when the Wings beat the Avs. He wouldn't even talk to me. Now after the Carolina series I sent him a Redwings 2002 Stanley Cup Champions T-shirt!!!!! He probably won't even go shooting with me any more! Beach


    P.S. Maybe I should have sent him a sweat shirt!
