there was also a homeless man found at a bus stop in Cincinnati in the last day or two froze to death ,
but I feel for the dog it could not control getting out of the weather
as for the owner I call BS about not knowing the owner should be tossed out on the porch see whats it like to freeze to death
LEO call it the direct routes for the drug dealers , seems like some one is always getting busted for drugs
and most of the time its for speeding why they get pulled over to start with ..
