Going to be off work for awhile, rent is no issue. She was going to work down a 4 lane highway going to the big city. Road is separated at that point by two cut thru roads. She was in left lane and Car came toward the two cars ahead of her in the same lane. There was traffic but they went to the right lane avoiding.. and she couldn't.. Slammed on the brakes and almost had a head on... However the car behind her ran into her truck and totaled their car and was also hurt. There were no lights running on the county police car approaching the wrong way . He was ticketed by highway patrol.

She got on the brakes about the time the other cars were changing lanes to avoid.. She is a big rig driver and was.. driving ahead..looking up the road instead of the car she was following. Both were transported to the hospital. Totaled the jap car the girl hit her in. No idea what the Officer was thinking but it could have been worse than it was. My wife travels that road daily.

Glad rent is no issue[:)] I gave our tenant a couple months free when she got breast cancer and lost her job due to treatments. You sound tough sometimes, but I know your a great guy inside and out. Remember one thing about me, if I don't kid around with you or make jokes about you, I don't like you. I tell that to all the people I know. It is just my way of saying that I feel comfortable knowing you enough to make a joke and I like you. You are okay in my books[;)] Oak

Sounds like maybe when the dust settles she may be able to buy the place from you.
