Danish Garand With VAR Barrel

I see from the CMP website that they offer Danish Garands that come with a VAR barrel. They say that the VAR barrel is treasured by competition shooters so I assume it is much more accurate than regular Garands. Are these Danish Garands generally in better or worse shape than their American counterparts? I see that the service grade costs $25 less for the Danish model.

I got mine from the cmp a couple years ago, it was in very similar condition to the US guns coming out. Mine was all US springfield parts, except the VAR barrel, a beretta Bolt and an unmarked rear sight, Which were new parts. It needs refinished, as the parkerising doesn't match and is baldy worn in places, but it does shoot and function very well.

I got one about two years ago. The parkerizing was brand spanking new. Total parts mismatch but works fine. Wood is nice but mismatched.
