Dan Wesson 1911

Looking at 1911 style pistol's in 9mm. Springfield has one as does Dan Wesson. Has anyone fired their (dan wesson) 1911 pistol? Even in the .45 cal.. If so what did you think of it?

    I don't have one of the 9s or 10s yet, but I do have a very low # Guardian Duce (commander size) in 45. To date I have been impressed with the quality and accuracy. The components used are top drawer and the fit and finish are very good. Best part is this is a true 70 Series 1911 that has not been made politically correct!!
