I emailed him back and said that it is illegal for me to do this as I live in WA state. I do not like people asking me to do illegal things. This seems like a set-up.....

    I don't see any reason to report it, no crime has been commited. Unless you just want to send in the ATFE attack dogs on this person. I'd just tell them "no" and be done with it.

    I'm pretty sure it's not an ATF trap. Just look at the spelling.

    On second thought.....it just might be "them"; I mean, I've never met a single Guvamint employee that could spell........
