They are moving my Job to Indiana can closing down this plant. But right now they Keep extending the date we will shut down.

Seems they are having trouble getting workers there. So much so that they are willing to pay some of us a Max of $7,500 + Moving expense, Milage, Moving truck and an Additional $750 for incurred moving expenses.

Really Like it out here but moving is sounding better and better. Since my one job I wanted does not look like I will get for some reason.

Is this at the plant they had in Wakarusa? Can't believe they can't get workers.Still one of the highest areas for unemployment in the nation and quite a few of them were employed by monaco. Two brothers were laid off from there, both had more than 15 years. Its not a bad area at all, reasonable cost of living.

See the Plant was a Class C Motorhome Manufacture.

We are Moving out the Class A MotorHomes and they are just a Little Tougher to Put together.

The Other Thing I keep hearing is the Workers there are Lazy. And from the folks they have sent out to Us to train I must agree. They really want to cut corners and Not put out the Best Product. Some of the Comments I heard would have had Major Fires starting on these coaches. They want to change the way we do Wiring and we do it according to RV Manufactures Code.
