Please excuse my earlier garbled message on the H&K G3 Carbine clones that have appeared recently. I thought they were used H&K surplus/imports but now I see their new clones by Federal. Still thinking of getting one though. They copied a pretty da*n good rifle and the price is stunning. Unless of course you all tell me they're junk.....

    A pal of mine just bought one. We were supposed to go give her a workout this coming weekend, but my buddy broke his collarbone while snowboarding a few days ago. If you're still looking for one after he heals up enough to shoot, I'll let you know how it does. Hell, maybe I'll just borrow it from him along with some of his other stuff. He isn't gonna be using it!
