Did I get Screwed or What!!??

Back in Decemeber 2001 I had the opportunity to be working in Washington State. I ordered several Ruger 9mm 30 Round Magazines for my Ruger Carbine. I ordered from Forrest Inc out of Shotgun News. Leaving Washington several weeks later and not having the Mags, I called and left a message to cancel the order.
Guess what arrived today, 5 months later? Yep, the stupid mags. I have already bought what I needed from a Gunbroker Auction and don't need anymore.
Now the real problems, Forrest shipped them to WA and my old roomie sent them to me. They are banned in this state. It would cost me $7.50 to ship back to Forrest and a $7.00 restocking fee. This in addition the the $7.50 I've already paid and the $7.50 I owe my roomie for sending them here.
Any ideas on what I should do?

    $14.50 to make the problem go away? i wish all of my troubles could be solved so cheaply. send them back to forrest and forget about it.

    Mr. Nunn, There are 12 Magazines. They have a Satin Nickle finish, but I don't know the brand.

    Hacker, I'll be out almost $30.00 if I just send them back. I really would prefer not to reward poor service.

    Michael, I'm a Federal LEO and have put in to transfer to the NW Washington State.


    I'll probably just sell them on Gunbroker for the $160.00 I've got into them.

    I've dealt with Forresst Co. and had trouble with timing shipping as well.
