A friend of mine over in Arkansas just told me that he bought a gun through GB and had to pay a State sales tax even though it was a out of state purchase. If the buyer sent the seller the money, he would not on that amount, but would on any fee the FFL charged. If the weapon was sent cod to the FFL, then it would be the same as buying it from the the FFL.
