Botach.....bad experiences?

Anyone ever have problems with Botach Tactical (botachtactical.com) outta' CA. I'd like to hear how you problems got resolved (ie. got products ordered, never got some products, wrong products, credit card hassles, etc). I'm dealing with them now for what should have been a simple order but they do not respond.
