There is a piece of legislation in the Delaware General Assembly that is set to be voted on in early June, I am heading up an effort to fight this back door approach to what would essentially be a ban on new sales after the new year in 2003.

Read about it below ...

LTS, that link is to my article ... check it out.

As for the Senate race, there will be a primary because the Republican party has opted to back another candidate, someone that can be controlled, unlike myself.

We both know, the party and myself, that I am critical of anyone in office that is doing something that amounts to no good, be they Republican, Democrat or whatever. Thus, the party has decided to put their endorsement behind soemone that will ... "go along to get along". I have made peace with it and have wished them them all well in the race ... if folks are tired of the politics as usual here in Delaware they will support me, if not, I will lose. Either way I will hold my head high knowing that I earned every vote and refused to sacrifice my integrity so as to cater to the powers that be.

I have alot of support but they have the money ... we'll see which is more important to people here.
