By supressor, do you mean silencer?I live in Washington, and I don't know whether silencers are legal or not, but high-capacity magazines certainly ARE.If they ever become illegal, I have enough of them to qualify me for the electric chair.

I've wondered the same thing about suppressors here in WA. I know for a fact that there are several Class III manufacturers here in WA, but, as far as I've been able to tell, no Class III license is even available from BATF. I know because I just became a dealer and wanted to manufacture suppressors, but they said WA didn't allow it. But, go to any of the Seattle or Portland, Oregon gun shows and you'll find the same guy from Washington with a booth every single time. I'll have to ask him about it next show I go to 'cause I'm sure BATF would've smacked him by now since he doesn't hide the fact that his shop is in WA. Maybe he was grandfathered in?

You are good-to-go with the hi-caps for sure. The suppressors are a Class III item. You can't manufacure them in WA but can you purchase them commercially?

Biggest thing with the silencer(aka surpressor) is wether or not the Chief Law Enforcement Officer is willing to stick his neck out and allow you to purchase one. Even if purchasing one isn't against the law, without the CLEO signature has to be on the form, or it's not going to go thru.
