    15 round limit for long gun, 10 rounds in handgun.

    The People's Republic of Massachusetts has such a ban.

    Hawaii- 10 round max for handguns, and any rifle that uses mags that will fit in a handgun ( AR15, but not AK47 or mini 14 )

    Mass- you can still buy HIGH cap mags.They have 2 classes of gun license, a class A, which lets you buy and shoot high cap stuff, and a class B, which lets you have post ban style guns and mags only. Anyone who had high cap before the A and B licenses came in gets an A license, and it's upto your local police whether they issue a class A or B to new applicants. In my town they're pretty good about it, in others, it's bad.There is currently a law pending to ban further sales of high cap mags, and preban style assault weapons, but a few pro gun law makers have been successful in sending it to a study committee everytime it comes up for a vote.
