Question for full time dealers

Amist all the talk of an economic slowdown I was courious how some of you are doing.My business has really been brisk, both sales and pawns. Just wondering how the rest of the country is doin'.

    I have been in two shops this week and business is brisk. I saw several potential new gun owners being shown how to hold and taken through the choices. Heartwarming stuff. At least this part of the business sector is doing ok. and stocks are edging up so we may not be in trouble yet.

    I sure hope all this doesn't drive the cost of guns up- I'm not finished with my collection. I sure do hope the new gun owners are going to train on gun use as I don't wanna be around if/when they start shooting.I sure do hope a lot!

    I have a very small shop and business has been about the same. One thing that I have noticed is that alot of the "military type firearms" are now "allocated". AR-15's have gone up about $100. per gun if you can find them. 223 ammo is hard to come by. Dave@cwf

    Every time I get a couple of bucks saved up for some ammo, or to add to my collection, somebody up and says...lets go buy some guns, so the price goes up, and I either can't find it, or can't afford it when I do. Glad it's going good. Hope it lasts long enough to get hydraulic steering.lolSandman2234
