Can Bin Laden tape be used for defense?

Could the tape become defense exibit #1? Osama bin Laden says of the Sept. 11 hijackers: "All they knew was that they have a martyrdom operation, and we asked each of them to go to America." If the man we now have charged had no knowledge of when, where, what or with whom, can he be tried for conspiracy?

What other reasons could he have for spending the money which was funnelled to him for, which he used such as buying, box cutters and flight lessons, or is it just a coincidence, that he just attended flight school, and met with Iraqi intelligence, or was associated with known terrorists. He didn't know?, what the mission was; but he prepared himself anyhow, I guess it was good guessing on his part.Taking flying lessons, but not needing to learn how to take off and land? Who would he be trying to fool.Anyone who has or would fall for a defense like that is a bigger fool than he is..

Shoot... You could use soiled undershorts as a defense. Neither they nor the tape will do much good though! And Benny has a bigger problem... The place he's going next won't have a jury, nor will the judge need evidence, nor will there be need for defense. In fact I wouldn't be surprised that the sentence would be to spend eternity in flaming Jet-A or pork fat.Just my humble opinion.
