I made my trip to the gun store today. There was this gun that cought my attention right away. The gun store owner told me that is one of the best guns someone could own. I never shot one before and really have no clue what it is worth but it cost ALOT. It is a "SIG Sport Pistol 40 Cal". Does anyone have any idea what it is like and how much it costs. I may want ot put it on lay away.

If you will blame gun makers for every shooting then blame car maker for every car accident.

    Why the 40?
    Get the P220 in 45!

Is it as pretty as the Sig Sport Pistol 40 cal? Are they around the same size?

Yes they have a 220 sport in 45 ACP that looks the same, with a slightly larger frame. Should be able to wrangle one for between 900 and 1000 bucks.

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

I assume your talking about the Sig P 229 Sport
    This one, right?

    Here's the Sig P 220 Sl
Same thing, no stupid barrel weight so finding a holster would be easier.

Ps. Just noticed the Adjustable rear site on the 229. It really depends on what you use it for. Sport or Carry? The only problem with Sigs is they tend to be rather large. In this case the 220 is lighter than the 229.

I thought the best gun in your hands was the Jennings you shot 5,000 rounds through without a jam on that sunny afternoon?
