Any experience with one of these?

I acquired The HP22, with 2 barrels, and 3 magazines from a fellow that needed a few dollars, It seems to be a pretty good shooter, especialy with the target barrel on it. Havent shot it enough to render an opinion on it.

What do you think?

I recently acquired a HP22 and I think it needs a new trigger return spring because in need to take my finger 100% off the trigger in order for it to reset. Sometimes, in need to push the trigger forward to re-engage it. I found a schematic that shows the spring and the part number, but it does NOT describe exactly where it is or how to replace it.

Question: Does anyone know where I can find detailed assembly/disassembly instructions?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I Have had two of these guns and I will tell you for the price, there not too bad. I would not recomend them to be used as a backup, but for a plinker, there great. The only problem I have had with them other then the "jamming when dirty" problem is after around 5000-10000 shots, the slide tends to break and the pin that holds the clip in starts to wear. Not a big deal though, as they have a lifetime warrenty. I like mine, and my kids love to shoot them also.

Monkey, yes, it's not a walter, but I bet you, you'd never shoot 5000 rounds thru your walter either!

    Got Guns?
