first, ensure you have a drive that writes to a CD.
To aid in writing to a CD, I recommend installing a drag-n-drop product like Roxio (there is a shareware version) www.roxio.com
Then, insert a blank CD into the drive.
With the file open in Excel, save it to the CD.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

Jump drive, holds more and no program required.

Will that remove it from my hard drive or just copy it to the cd?
    Thanks!

If it is already saved to your hard drive, you will need to select "save as" to place it on the CD using my method.

    1. Open the spreadsheet.
    2. Locate a blank CD.
    3. Hold the CD up to the computer screen and click "file" then "save".
