High Falls State Park in GA Drought...

We went over to High Falls Park yesterday and the drought there has dried up the falls and there's no water flowing over the old dam. It's really ruined the scenery at a beautiful park.
What the dam looked like yesterday.
I zoomed in at the bottom of the dam and this is about all the water that was flowing out of the lake from the Towaliga River yesterday.
Below is what it looked like in March of this year.
We've not had any rain other than a couple of afternoon showers at our house in over 2 months. Yesterday was the first day in several days that the air cleared up enough to where you could see without looking through a blue haze from the recent forest and brush fires in North Georgia.

aggressive ants too. They crawled up the power post and came in on my power feed and water hose. I had sprayed around everything else touching the ground.
We got busted by rangers from that park. We were on private property about a half mile from the park. We were shooting several guns for a while.
After a half hour, up drove two rangers from the park. They informed us that it was illegal to discharge firearms on a Sunday in Georgia.
Took all four of us down to jail.
You could tell that the sheriff was embarassed, but he had to book us.
We left the guns for bail.
My buddy's aunt, who owned the land, knew the sheriff and she called him up and all charges were dropped, we went back down the next week and got the guns back.
