How about a Hunting Forum

First of all, this is a great web site, my wife is sorry that I found it. I log on daily and have learned a great deal from "Ask the Experts forum. A fishing buddy and I have started hunting the past coulpe of years everything we can find time and afford to do with out upseting the ball and chain too much. Unlike so many that are taught to hunt by their fathers, were learning as we go by talking to folks and reading articals and just doing it. I think a Hunting Forum would be excellent. Is there a reason why there is only a Bow Hunting forum. We havent tried Bow yet, but we talk about it and someday we'll do it, and I'll be reading that forum daily. But for now I would realy enjoy a plain hunting forum coverin everything from preparing for the hunt to cooking the game. If any one else feel the same, please express it and maybe the person who can, will start it. Thanks.

Me too. I think this is a really neat site. I log on every day. Sometimes more than once a day - and it is even deer season! (But it did rain all day - OK. I'm a whimp!)But a hunting forum would be totally cool as well. I say, "Let's go for it!"Bonne Chasse!

I agree this is a great site, and shooting got its roots from hunting, and I think it would make a nice addition.

I've been living in Canada for the last 25 years and have gotten into moose and deer hunting. Still pick off a rabbit and partridge now and then. But the fun part is just getting out in the woods and spending time thinking, reading and praying.I say that is a pretty neat (I don't know the latest and best way to say "neat" - sorry, but as I said I've been out of the country) thing to get to do. And taking along the kids (one at a time) well you can't beat that! Even they say so! Now for the dear wife. She has come along, but she does not like the cold. And today it is snowing. Rats ... and I'm STILL working on installing a new front door!If we do get a hunting forum, we could get into strategies, stories etc etc ... great honk would that be fantastique!Bonne Chasse!
