    Gotta say thats a photoshop- someone is trying to mess with you... all the corners and stuff is toooooo square

    edit: also the chick on the right- unless she cut a chunk out of her hair, the picture runs into it, AND, there is no reflection of anything like that in the glasses, but it could be positioned JUST right.

    Esier and faster than photoshop, I suspect that you have encountered a "generator". Thousands out there on the net- Put your name on a jet, picture on a wanted poster, etc. Had fun with one for co-worker 25th anniversary- we did a ppt presentation using a dozen different images. PS- I like the Bart Simpson writing-on-blackboard sign generator.
